In this course we detail the 21 most important marma points that can be directly stimulated through yoga postures.

Prajna Live | Trigeminal Nerve: The Face | Online Practice

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - The Trigeminal nerve has 3 large branches that govern movement of the eyes, jaw, tongue, and face. In this class we mobilize and the muscles of the face, repatterining sensory connection to the eyes, nose, and tongue.

Prajna Live | Vagus Nerve: The Organs | Online Practice

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - The vagus nerve is longest of all 16 cranial nerves. In this class we do vagal nerve stimulation exercises (stretching fascia, humming, breath retention) proven to reduce depression, anxiety, and paralysis.

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - In this series of classes we relax inward toward the core in order to dissolve tension in the nervous system, gut, spine and brain. SATYA 3 | Immersion in Santa Fe

TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - in Santa Fe - SATYA 3 investigates the therapeutic benefits of SATYA on the nervous system, endocrine system, digestion, and circulation in order to heal the subtle body. Much focus is given to working with the neck, cranium, eyes, and inner ear. Students will learn how to utilize SATYA therapeutically with individual clients.
